Skiers Against Climate Change was launched to raise awareness among winter sports and outdoor recreation enthusiasts about the threat climate change poses to the U.S. and global snowpack for future generations. We are based in northern California, just south of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, home to many of California’s most popular ski resorts.
